The Mix offers a variety of floor plan options, ranging from spacious one-bedroom units to our 1,600+ square foot 4 bedroom/4 bath apartment homes. All floor plans offer expansive outdoor space with impressive views of downtown and midtown Atlanta.

All units have the same finish package and upgrades are available for placement on higher floors. 

Floor ranges are as follows and come with premiums for higher floor placements. Roommates wanting to be placed in the same unit must opt for the same floor premium. 

        Standard beds are located on Floors 2 - 12*

        Terrace beds are located on Floors 13 - 20

        Skyline beds are located on Floors 21 - 25

        Penthouse beds are located on Floor 26


*Floor premiums vary on the 5th floor amenity deck for units with lofted ceilings.

All rents are by-the-bed and per person on an individual lease agreement.
 
Rent is billed in equal installments on the first of each month – including the first month of the lease term - and does not include any additional monthly charges for pets, parking, renter’s insurance, or other available add-on offerings.
